Shredded grilled chicken, lemon grass, chili kaffir lime dressing
for 2 portion
- 100grm leg or breast of chicken
- 2 shallot ( finely slicing )
- 1 chilies ( finely slicing )
- 1 lemon grass ( finely slicing )
- 2 torch ginger
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
- a squeeze of lime juice
- salt to taste
Thinly slice all the ingredients and mix together with oil, shallot, chilies, torch ginger than add shredded chicken and toss well. Serve on the plate garnished with shredded cabbage.
Note : for garnish you can serve with shredded cabbage or romaine lettuce.
